Puka Puka Kitchen Reviews
The garlic rice and garlic chicken were spot on and very flavorful. Kids had the chicken pitas with seasoned wedge fries and they ate every bite - that's rare. Excellent.
SO GOOD!!!
Definitely a puka in the wall type place. Only a couple of tables, we got lucky and didn't have to wait when we showed up. I was blown away by one of the best chicken katsu I've ever had outside of Japan!

Puka Puka Kitchen offers delicious food with friendly staff in a cozy atmosphere. While the price for the fried pork cutlet is a bit high, the portions are good and the curry with chicken katsu is a must-try. The serving size is huge, and the food is really great and reasonably priced. It is a tiny shop with very little seating, great to just pick up for a quick bite. The fish, lamb, and salad are all locally sourced and delicious. This cash-only establishment provides a familiar and scrumptious dining experience, making it a favorite among visitors.
