When traveling in the United States, apart from the magnificent scenery, the most surprising thing must be the food. What I'm talking about here is not surprisingly bad, but surprisingly good. In Hilo, there is a Vietnamese pho shop called Pho 99. Although its storefront is simple, it is not far from the seaside and is easy to find. BEST PHO IN HILO!The owner was super nice and friendly, he gave us a list of “the best place to visit in Hilo” we are very grateful!Pho combination was amazing, broth was excellent, portion was “You’ll definitely be full”, lots of meats and everything was super delicious.Banh Mi was AMAZING! Crunchy tasty tender bread, super fresh ingredients, and damn well cooked pork meats!Will definitely come back next time when we travel to Hilo again!
