So disappointed! I tried a coconut cream vanilla uplift drink and the coconut tasted off- maybe not fresh? My sister and mom agreed and no one wanted it so I asked for just a plain coffee instead (something cheap and easy) and they actually told me they “couldn’t do refunds.” Not a positive vibes place like I’d hoped. After driving two hours into the rain and having other plans fail all I wanted was a cup of coffee. SO SAD! Curiously, my sister’s latte was also lukewarm…?
Food was delicious and such a small cute spot with a lot of drink and food options!
Very cool atmospheric place, with good food, decent prices and a very cute shop where you can wonder around while waiting your order. Smoothies are yaaam!!!
It’s really hard to find a nice cafe on big island, and this one is definitely one of the few really good options.
Can’t remember having a better waffle. With bananas, Nutella and Cookie Monster ice cream…
Like a dream
The guy that took my order seemed confused. My order was not correct. Still, the coffee drinks are amazing. My caprice sandwich was still very good. Yes, I will go back. I live here. Fresh options for vegetarian.
I find it really frustrating when businesses don’t allow customers to use the restroom. Everyone has to use the restroom, and being told 'no' when you really need to go is not only uncomfortable but feels incredibly inconsiderate. It’s hard to justify spending money at a place that doesn’t provide basic amenities for its customers. A little understanding and compassion in these situations would go a long way.

Wow. I try to support local but honestly, you all move way to slow for me. My family showed up Sunday morning looking to try something different other than our usual stops like Starbucks, Crusn Coffee, Puna Chocolate or Sippn Siren.. Yall opened up at 9:00am which was insane (other places have already been open for hours)... I showed up at 8:50am not checking the hours assuming a coffee cafe would be open by then... I was nice enough to wait the 10 mins for yall to open but it didn't happen till 9:03am... 3 minutes late... I got places to be... Ordered two waffle breakfast sandwiches and two cups of coffee and we didn't get it till almost 9:45am, cost us over $50 and took nearly 45mins to make.. Sorry but as a local I'm never going back again. Way to over priced and the service took wayyy to long, I got no problems spending the money, but a 45mins wait is ridiculous. The coffee tasted like pure water... All other customers (tourist's) were just as frustrated with the wait times... I would rather go to Mcdonald's after that experience... Best of luck at that speed. ALOHA.

This is seriously the best place on Hilo to hang out, shop, check out artwork, eat amazing food, check yo energy, and drink quality drinks ! Locally made syrups, literally the best shop we went to in Hilo. Thank you, Tasha! I had a lemonade, and my husband had an elixir! 1000/10 recommend 👌

This is basically a wook shop with coffee. If that’s your vibe you’ll love it. The coffee was pretty good. It’s not the best on the island but I’m not disappointed by the coffee. My dissatisfaction is in lack of a customer restroom. I get it, nobody in that part of town wants the unhoused bothering them to use a restroom. But if I’m paying $20+ for 2 drinks I’d like to wash my hands and use a toilet, especially when I have gut issues that necessitates a restroom on short notice. We had to walk all the way to the farmers market to go.
