I was genuinely impressed with everything about this place. The atmosphere was amazing and so were the drinks. As someone who's really into coffee and usually prefers to drink it black, I tried their flight with 2 types of cold brew and 2 house drinks and I thought they were amazing.
Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Aloha. The products at this business are extremely good. Unfortunately, the 3 or 4 times I’ve been in here, I’ve encountered rude comments from the staff upon asking a question about the menu multiple times now. I see from the reviews this does occur time to time, and that the normal response is “boundaries.” I think it’s important to have boundaries, but there is a difference between explaining how your business works and treating someone poorly for ever asking the question to begin with. Kindness goes a long way, especially to your local community who wants to support you.

I really enjoyed the Heart Chakra Latte. There are so many drink options to choose from and lots of ice cream as well. Was so smooth and not as sweet. The shop in front has so much to look at for purchase and is super zen. A very nice spot to relax and mindfully enjoy a nice summer drink.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 drinks, a bagel, and a waffle on a not busy Monday morning. After going up to check multiple times, they gave us our drinks after 25 minutes. After going up to check again about our food after 40 minutes, they told us it wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. We asked for a refund and left. Ridiculous.

The food and coffees are pretty good. Went there about 3 times and they always take their sweet time. Waited 25min for two iced coffees and missed our bus that goes around every hour....

Hot day in Hilo today me and partner decided to get ice cream at the Nector Cafe. Huge menu lots of options. I got the salted macadamia ice cream and the vanilla and she go the Cookie Monster and mint. Cookie Monster and the macadamia WERE AMAZING. HOWEVER the mint was very artificial tasting and not very good. Other than that very nice little cafe!

So disappointed! I tried a coconut cream vanilla uplift drink and the coconut tasted off- maybe not fresh? My sister and mom agreed and no one wanted it so I asked for just a plain coffee instead (something cheap and easy) and they actually told me they “couldn’t do refunds.” Not a positive vibes place like I’d hoped. After driving two hours into the rain and having other plans fail all I wanted was a cup of coffee. SO SAD! Curiously, my sister’s latte was also lukewarm…?

Very cool atmospheric place, with good food, decent prices and a very cute shop where you can wonder around while waiting your order. Smoothies are yaaam!!! It’s really hard to find a nice cafe on big island, and this one is definitely one of the few really good options.
