Called at 7: 30 made an order and they said it’ll be done at 8 waited till 8 then my food wasn’t even being made and had to wait 26 extra minutes for 2 plates then when I asked about my order they went to the back and asked the chef and as I look back to see them ask the chef he’s eating in the kitchen while making others food. Horrible service good food.

Ordered on app 15min before pulling into a line at the drive thru. Waited another 15min, then was asked to park in front to wait additional 20min.. Had over 8 people staffed and wasn't that busy. No explanation, or heads up on wait time after already waiting.. Manager working looked lost. Absolutely not worth the wait. I'm now going to delete the Panda Express App and take my business elsewhere.

Interesting bc we had food from Panda Express in Jersey 15 years ago and the food sucked. However; this on in Hilo was excellent. So, this time - i was starving and went in and was very pleasantly surprised - the food was delicious (bit oily but wth i was starving) - portions were excellent and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. All in all very good - will definitely come back. Thank you.

Pretty good food for fast serve. Items are fresh, especially during busy times.The walnut shrimp is good along with the Beijing beef. Spring rolls are meh, and the fried rice really needs more spices and more flavor.

We decided to visit Panda Express for lunch to be able to get some good veggies in.I wanted spicy chicken but it was out so I tried the spicy shrimp instead. It was OK tasting but had no sauce, I wouldn't order it again, and they really don't serve enough to make it worth the extra $ they charge for it, I would definitely have preferred the chicken.Rating 4 stars because the food wasn't great for the price, and the tables weren't clean. It was pretty packed and we had to wait a few minutes before being able to sit, but I noticed several people having to sit down to dirty tables.Also, there was no restroom for customers to use.Dietary restrictions: I was glad to see that their sweet and sour sauce in the packets didn't have HFCS, or regular corn syrup in it. Because I am allergic to it, I can rarely eat sweet sauces or drinks at restaurants because nearly every restaurant uses HFCS in some form.

Just ordered 30-40 minutes ago. So somewhere between 9-10amIdk if this is some left overs from the night before, or something! My food was between the temp of cold and Warm ? and my shrimp tasted like it went bad, fried rice wasn’t even hot. Overall it was unpleasant.
