Pretty good food for fast serve. Items are fresh, especially during busy times.The walnut shrimp is good along with the Beijing beef. Spring rolls are meh, and the fried rice really needs more spices and more flavor.
We decided to visit Panda Express for lunch to be able to get some good veggies in.I wanted spicy chicken but it was out so I tried the spicy shrimp instead. It was OK tasting but had no sauce, I wouldn't order it again, and they really don't serve enough to make it worth the extra $ they charge for it, I would definitely have preferred the chicken.Rating 4 stars because the food wasn't great for the price, and the tables weren't clean. Interesting bc we had food from Panda Express in Jersey 15 years ago and the food sucked. However; this on in Hilo was excellent. So, this time - i was starving and went in and was very pleasantly surprised - the food was delicious (bit oily but wth i was starving) - portions were excellent and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. All in all very good - will definitely come back. Thank you.
