There will probably always be a line because it's soo good and they sell out fast enough. Totally worth waiting tho and will be back! There's a reason there's so many loyal costumers and I hope they don't change a thing

Living in Hawaii for over 30 years. The focaccia is the best made in Hawaii. The authentic Italian bread is homemade by a lovely Italian owner. The zucchini focaccia is excellent. Baked fresh. A Hilo find with an International flare!

Spontaneously stopped in here while strolling around in Hilo. This place is a hidden gem! Focaccia is out of this world. The owner is very sweet and makes all the bread by hand on the premises

New shop and currently may only be open on Saturdays. Really delicious focaccia and sourdough bread, fresh and warm from the oven when I got there around. The zaatar, lemon zest, sesame seed focaccia and the turmeric, roast kabocha, garlic rosemary flavors were favorites. The focaccia was perfectly moist and springy with beautifully balanced flavors, and it was hard not to devour all of what I got before I could share it with my husband.Also picked up a piece of their lilikoi-lemon pie which was so delicious and tart.They also had other misc items like garlic confit, spreads, tiramisu etc.Highly recommend this place and I'm sad I'm not gonna have a chance to go get more of their delicious focaccia before I leave.
