Had a great experience eating here. The food is delicious with a decent sized menu. If i had to recommend one dish it'd be the Vietnamese wings. They were some of the best wings I've tried but portion size wasn't big so keep it an appetizer and get yourself a main dish. Atmosphere was nice and chill. Pho’ Bistro really came through. Honestly, some of the best service I’ve had on the Big Island so far. My server Xander was awesome. Super friendly, kept checking on me, and made sure I had everything I needed without overdoing it.

This place is amazing. It doesn't matter what you order. Even the smallest of items turn into a feast. They give you so much extra with your order. There's so much love coming from the people who work here and they definitely want you 2 enjoy their cooking just as much as they do. This restaurant is definitely the diamond in the rough. Their food is addictive. I'm warning you ahead of time. Proceed with caution. 🫶🏻
