I absolutely adore this place. It’s very obvious that their sandwich’s and baked goods are made with a tremendous amount of love. The pineapple chunk on the side of my breakfast sandwich was a nice touch. I really appreciated the vegetarian option for the breakfast sandwich. My favorite go to’s are the million dollar Mac nut bar and the avocado BLT. Thanks for being great.

Mediocre at best. More bakery than Cafe. Breakfast bowl tiny, served in small double scoop ice cream type cardboard container. Layered in so tight you cant stir it up. Potatoes hot, eggs moderate, ham and cheese were cold. Not good. Would not go back. Girl at counter, while sweet, got order wrong and had to stand
bin line again for coffee.

I love crème brûlée’s. Nutella cheesecake bar ʻono, ʻono, ʻonolcius😋 I lived in Mountian View so don’t get to there more often. Crème brûlée & Nutella cheesecake bar TOP NOTCH.

The best shortbread ever, though. I love EVERY flavor - coconut, coffee, even the rosemary one. Must have!! Brought back to Cali to share with the fam.

Ordered an almost $18 dollar breakfast bowl not expecting it to be a small container one you would use for a side dish. I’m truly disappointed.

I had a really terrible experience here. First of all, the prices are ridiculous – they picture a simple egg and cheese sandwich, which costs $15, and then when I asked to swap the bread for a croissant, they charged an extra $5 just for that. Their espresso machine was broken, so I ordered an iced coffee instead, and even though there were no other customers waiting, it took them almost 25 minutes to make it.

On top of all that, the staff was extremely unwelcoming. My kids were quietly exploring some items in the store, and the person at the register treated them like a threat, constantly telling them not to touch or break anything, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. The cashier also had a very negative vibe overall – cracking rude jokes about us to share with other workers behind the counter.

Honestly, it felt like they were trying to find ways to overcharge and make customers feel small at the same time. I will never go back here. Terrible service, overpriced food, and a toxic atmosphere.

Lunch was Ono. Even their POG cake was great.

Day one of the trip and I've found the bakery I want to eat at every day! The pastrami sandwich on panini was amazing. And their drip coffee was perfect. They also had all kinds of sweets I might have to check out on future trips on!

0/5 stars. We got married in Hawaii and ordered a 9” strawberry cake from Short and Sweet. Not one person finished their slice. There was no flavor and it had the texture of bread. I atleast expected something edible for over $200. VERY disappointing.

We read it had a great banana cream pie. They did not have any but they had some other great stuff. The bakery has a passion for their craft. They know what they are doing and are innovating on local flavors. I highly recommend them!

If you ask for half n half they will add $2.25 to your coffee. I haven’t seen that before. That made it an $8 cold brew, which is ok if it’s delicious, but it didn’t live up to that price. I thought it was watery and bitter. Try using more grounds and soak for less time. Or cease up-charging for cream so expectations are lower lol.
