I feel so bad rating because most of the employees are so sweet but the select few that aren’t are sooooo rude that it broke the experience for me. Long story short, good coffee, bad vibes. 💔

Very busy location, with large seating area, great place to meet up and enjoy your favorite beverage. Location was well stocked and while busy the staff were efficient, kind and friendly. I was a little mesmerized by the organization of the team members making drinks and managing the in-store line and the drive through. They were working hard!

Drive thru had huge line that wrapped around the store. Coffee was great, worth waiting for! Pistachio coffee is my favorite.

Drinks are good, but if you are in a hurry and expect staff to be polite, this is the wrong place. Often wait over 20 mins for my drink. Employees appear to be miserable and are often rude.

The lost one star is for Starbucks, everyone needs a code to enter the restroom, that’s a shame for Starbucks.

Great drive through location, however, the last 10 or so drinks, the lid of the coffee smells/tastes like very strong cologne or perfume. Someone must be putting lotion on or some other very strong smell on their hands before touching the tops of the lids.

Great place when they're open. They apparently need more workers since their restaurant is often closed to the public. I think their habit of only catering to drivers and those with certain apps under those circumstances is a form of discrimination.

A mobile order was placed and upon arrival , and without notification/notice, it was discovered that the inside dining room area was closed. Other people were observed parking their vehicles and walking to the door located on the drive thru window side of the building, to get their drinks. Upon doing the same my two children waited at the same door, where the staff didn't even acknowledge their presence, ignoring them as they stood outside the door. I took it upon myself to find out what was going on, where I knocked on the building window to have someone come out to find out what was going on. What I received was an rude response from a male worker within who looked at me , and motioned to me with his two hands in a driving motion to drive around. I tapped on the glass again to have someone come out, where after a few seconds an female employee came out. This female party had the ignorance to tell me that the people who came to pick up their order, did not have a car or vehicle, thus being the reason why she gave them their drinks. Unbeknownst to her, was that this people did have a car, and that they had parked their car on the opposite side of the building and had walked around to the door. My question is how does she know that if these people have a car or not, whrn you place a mobile order they don't ask you if you have a car or not. To me it's just plain ignorance on the part of this worker and management overall. They really need to work on their customer service skills. I hope corporate sees this and take action.
