I love fresh pasta and now there's a wonderful pasta shop in Hilo! I stopped in and picked up a package of FRESH Kabocha and Nutmeg Pasta, homemade Pesto, homemade Garlic Butter and Foccashia Bread. What an amazing dinner my wife Miriam and I had! The first of many... Mahalo Kai(n) - Kai Cuisine!
Shop closed but able to purchase a bag of Squid ink Radiatori at local bakery. Excellent! Need to get more for trip home.
Today was the first time I've purchased something from Kain+n, and it didn't disappointment! A colleague told me about it's pasta bowls that are sold ONLY during Merrie Monarch, and since I love pasta, I thought I'd check it out.
I emailed to inquire about the flavors available and learned they had a red sauce and mac and cheese. So I ordered two of each. The very next email I found the bowls sold out for the day and if I would like to order for either Thursday or Friday....read full review
