Tabaraka Reviews
5 stars. Amazing food, great service, and unforgettable taste that keeps you coming back. Mahalo Tabaraka!
I've been eating here since it was only a canopy at Maku'u. Always Ono grinds! Now though, the prices have gone up tremendously and now also the food is slipping. Today I paid $6.50 for a large order of homemade fries, per menu board (my favorite on the island!!). Imagine my surprise when I was sold a rather small portion of fries from the frozen section of a chain grocery. Unfortunately we probably won't make it back here.
I've had Falafel before, but I've never had one as filling and tasty as the ones at Tabaraka.
I ordered the Vegan Maza plate, lentil soup, and baklava and it was absolutely amazing. The food is fresh and tasty.
I absolutely recommend eating here.

Tabaraka is a food truck located in a parking lot, offering fresh and delicious Middle Eastern food with inventive menu options. The restaurant is known for its generous portions, especially the falafel sandwich plate, which features stellar sides and great flavor. The falafel sandwich is a standout dish, filled to the brim and very satisfying, providing excellent value for the price. The menu also includes a mezza platter with two extra falafel and hummus, though some may choose to skip the extras. The food is simple but authentic, with nothing to go wrong—just great sandwiches and wraps. Perfect for vegans and vegetarians seeking Mediterranean cuisine on the island, the place is a favorite for those looking for authentic Lebanese/Mediterranean flavors. The friendly owners make visitors feel welcome, and the aroma from the truck often draws people in.
