I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location due to the behavior of a manager named Maria. As a disabled veteran, I disclosed my PTSD to her, seeking some understanding or accommodation, but instead, I was met with laughter and complete disrespect. This incident was not only humiliating but also deeply upsetting.
The lack of empathy and professionalism shown by Maria is unacceptable, particularly in a customer service environment. Her actions have ensured that I will not return to this location, and I strongly recommend that corporate take a serious look into how their managers treat vulnerable customers. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the brand and should not be tolerated.
I urge Taco Bell corporate to address this issue to prevent future occurrences and to restore some faith in their commitment to customer respect and dignity.

I just got home my order was totally wrong and I called for a refund. The girl who answered oscillated between hysterical laughter and fake crying, yelling to other employees ridiculing me (who was being very nice and chill btw) I asked to speak to someone else and she was like, "sawy, I am Crystal I am only manager on duty" in like a weird fake baby voice and I was like, "can I please just talk to any other employee?" And then another woman got on the phone who was very nice and resolved my issue but like I am more irritated at that horrendously uncomfortable phone call then I am for them screwing up my order in the first place. They offered me a credit, but I definitely don't trust eating food from this place anymore- this girl was crazy. I've seen too many tiktoks by unsupervised teens in fast food lol. And like I get it, people are making minimum wage and hate their jobs, I try to be understanding and super polite to service workers but this girl was unhinged and so rude for no reason; Im sure I would be horrified to see the food preparation behind the scenes.

I ordered a cantina chicken bowl extra. this is what i saw upon opening it. why is it half empty as if someone already started eating it??? am i being messed with?
Never seen so much attitude come from a bunch of sixteen year old employees. To the " I'm not coming to the register to take your order attitude," and the " Oh my God I can't believe he's still standing there waiting for his food. Why doesn't he quit staring at us" Attitudes. It's no wonder if the place is nicknamed "taco smell."
Just got a grilled steak and cheese burrito with extra everything, 10/10 food, service and experience l o l.

The staff and service at our Downtown Taco Bell have always been fabulous!I love to use my app, head through drive through, and it's a done deal.Perfect for a slightly healthier fast food binge lol.
Very slow ?I'm waiting 15 minutes sometimes longer. Would you wait this long for bean Burritos? Management needs to take a hard look at what needs to change ??
