My go-to spot for the best BBQ in Hilo. The rib plate is the bomb. I also dig the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. The staff is super friendly too! Bonus to have Sunday NFL on five TVs. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!
I was looking for some BBQ while on vacation and found this spot. You know you cant go wrong with a place name Uncle Bob's. It's a like dive bar with well priced beer and the BBQ is some of the best I had. I ordered that combo plate and my girlfriend ordered the brisket Mac and cheese. 10/10. Also met Uncle Bob himself really nice down to earth dude ? I will be coming back!

We are pretty big barbecue enthusiasts and Uncle Bob blew our expectations out of the water! The food was unbelievable and was overall a great environment. We are not from Hilo but will be coming back the next time we are in the area! Would give more stars if possible!

Wow! This place really made my day. I will definitely be back for more. Everything was great, but the ribs are what really spoke to my soul. Look for BBQ flags. This place is inside Crazy Grandmaz Bar. Bob himself was there putting magic into every meal. Exactly what I was looking for. Now the only problem is how much sleep I am going to lose tossing and turning and yearning for another bite!
