I’m really impressed! I’m usually not a pho person but I think this spot changed that. Definitely adding to my go-to spot for pho. Everything was delicious and the broth is so flavorful!

The clark was nice. I ordered seafood pho. It was good. It’s near the downtown.

Based on the reviews, Pho’ Bistro is a hidden gem in Hilo. The food is delicious, with a great broth for the pho and beef summer rolls. The menu has great variety, with options like oxtail pho, vegetable pho, and beef stew pho. The meat is tender and the broth is very savory. Other popular dishes include the excellent fried spring rolls, the Vietnamese pancake, and the Vietnamese wings, which are some of the best wings. The tapioca banana cake is also highly recommended. The service is great, and the food comes out quickly. The atmosphere is nice, chill, and very comfortable and clean, making it a great spot for a date. Prices are reasonable, and the food presentation is beautiful. Pho’ Bistro is very welcoming and hospitable, and it deserves to be busy. Don’t pass this spot up.
