The croissant is like in France, no kidding.
I also loved the sourdough seed bread. My banana bread is better, but I liked that they used spelt in theirs.
They open to the public 1 day a week, Wednesday at 2:00. Be late and you go hungry!
Now I have to keep track of the day of week…
This is the best bread we have found in Kona in the 20+ years we have lived here! Worth every penny and every calorie!
