Any time we visit the big island, we stop at UCC coffee farm to have afogato. They have a shaded patio with great views of the ocean. They had something new on this visit. Laurina, barrel aged, and honey processed coffee beans!!!. We bought their sampler pack. Can't wait to get home to try them.

UCC Hawaii Kona Coffee Farm
I have made reservations for a farm tour and roasting experience in Japan.
First, let's start with a tour of the farm.
It's so wide that you can't see inside.
This farm has 15,000 trees, three times as many as Tokyo Dome.
There were many fruits on the coffee tree.

It seems that the red flesh is picked by hand one by one.
The ripe red fruit has a slightly sweet aroma.
After the farm tour, the next step is a roasting experience.
Adjust to your desired degree of roasting.
French I drink as hot coffee
My husband chose Italian, which he drinks as iced coffee.
After putting it in the roaster for a while, you can smell the aroma of coffee beans.
The white raw beans are gradually turning brown.
Check the doneness by inserting a spoon halfway through roasting.
When I tried the freshly roasted beans, they were very aromatic and delicious.
Roasted coffee beans will be packaged for you.

If you're looking for award winning Kona coffee then you'll love this small shop where they grow, harvest and roast their very own Kona coffee that was a local award winner in the coffee festival of Kona! Tasting room, tours, roasting. A very laid back chill vibe place.

There are free coffee samples. You can taste 3 different types: medium dark roast, peaberry and iced coffee. They have the coffee beans in chocolate samples too. They are really tasty. There is also a beautiful view of the Kona Bay
