Had a celebration of life at 3660 on the Rise. Coordinator was so easy to work with and gave so much information and was in constant communication. The staff were all so helpful with set up, service, tending to guests and clean up. The food was really good too! Had a heavy appetizer "lunch" and everyone went home filled. The crab and cream cheese won tons, garlic chicken and meatballs were standouts of the line up. Construction was going on on the outside of the building so the view was a little obstructed, but inside the building was well maintained, great temperature, simple A/V set up. Dedicated parking structure with validation made it easy for guests.

Open for private events only. Marcy and staff were amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond with the service. Food was really good too. Highly recommended for small gatherings.

Very great staff and really good food. Bring cash for parking though because they don't have an updated system to pay for parking. You have to bring the exact amount ($6), remember your parking spot number and basically fold the money until it fits into the slot, and then use a small tool they have tied to it to push the money in.

We met up with a friend to dine here for the last week before it closes it's doors. Had a 5:45pm Reservation on a Sunday. After we sat down at our table, the restaurant started getting full. Owner Russell dropped by and came to our table to chat with us. We were really sad to hear of this news. For appetizers we had the Escargot which were sealed in a pot pie crust. There were alot of escargot inside more than your normal 6 to a dish. It was filled with garlic butter which was very tasty. We also had the Ahi Katsu which I must say is a staple here. It's the best I've tasted. We ordered a Caesar Salad and Clam Chowder. Both excellent. For dinner we had the Salmon Special and the Catch of the Day, Mahi Mahi. It was so good but we were getting full off the appetizers, so we took home some leftovers. The fish in both dishes were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The texture was moist and yet firm. For dessert we had the Waialae Pie (it's actually ice cream) It reminded me of a Mud Pie Ice Cream. It was huge and soothing. It was a nice way to end a dinner meal.We had an awesome experience tonight. We will miss this place. Thanks Russell for all your hard work and all the great memories.

Ambiance of a dimsum restaurant including the bathrooms. Server was yelling and arguing with someone in the kitchen that has open doors and a window. Water was self-serve at a supposed "fine dining" price. Food was 6/10 at best, considering the small portion and its high price, it was not worth it at all. Also there's around 8-10 things total on the menu including apps and main dishes.Honestly this place is a joke. I have had better service, food, and ambiance at a casual sushi restaurant; all of this for a dress code requirement is the biggest laugh of it all. I went on a Saturday night while there was 3 parties and after my experience I see why this place can't fill on a Saturday night.Don't ruin a loved ones special day, go to one of the other popular fine dining restaurants to save yourself from a 150+ bill and disappointment from your loved ones. The good reviews are likely decades old or people who have never experienced much better for the exact same price.

We hadn't been here in several years. We had former Hawaii resident in town for a visit and she mentioned that she had never been here. The dishes did not disappoint - the ahi katsu is still the best ever. The service was outstanding. What was a little disappointing was the fact that everything in the restaurant was the same as always. From the wallpaper to the seating to the carpeting ... And the menu was exactly like before minus some dishes. Some may find that comforting and nostalgic but I was hoping for a little spruce up. It really seemed like we were in the early 90's again (except of course of the pricing which is totally understandable).

Dined with a group of 7. Had almost all the appetizers and the butterfish as the main. The food was excellent. Definitely beats expectations given the reviews are slightly mixed. As a local resident, would definitely recommend to locals and those visiting!

Love the food and service! Wish the environment played to a more intimate setting, the lighting is high school classroom bright, but $10 martinis! We will return.

We had not been to 3660 in many years but had dinner there last night and everything was wonderful! We ate the lobster won ton, duck and butterfish. Each dish was ample and perfectly cooked. Our server was friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. For local people in Honolulu, this restaurant is a long-time locally owned restaurant that really deserves a "special event visit" For visitors, this is a fine restaurant away from the hustle and traffic of Waikiki with unique local flavors.

THEIR SAUCES....but first let me provide some background. My husband and I made a reservation for and early dinner and from the very beginning, everyone we spoke with was so kind and accommodating! We had such a nice evening and decided to order several appetizers and then share an entree. We ordered the ahi katsu, the lobster wontons and the crispy garlic shrimp for the apps and then we ordered the cap meat that was a special tonight for our entree. The ahi katsu was my husband's favorite however, the soy ginger reduction upon which the ahi katsu was placed.... incredible. We literally sent the plate back wiped clean. Pro tip: ask for extra of the taro buns they give you at the beginning so that you can dip them in the soy ginger sauce! The lobster wontons were my favorite. The wontons came with noodles that were cooked to perfection and the ideal thickness to pick up the *amazing* sauce with which the wontons were served. It was a brown butter miso nage sauce (not sure if emojis translate well on reviews so just in case you get a "?" that was a drooling emoji). The crispy garlic shrimp was so fresh didn't have too much batter. Our entree was delicious and we were both commenting on how it was perfectly salted-not too much and not too little. All in all, the service was amazing, the food was delicious and the validated parking was so convenient!
