I ordered birthday cake 5 days before I need , and worker there asked me need happy birthday sign I TOLD HER YES , and when I picked cake , worker there told me sorry they don’t have happy birthday sign left , I will not buy anything there anymore. 👎👎👎👎
They messed up my coffee order three time. The coffee overall was not good. I just liked the pastry.
Very good food. And I like their boba

Location is on the 3rd floor. I was hopeful this would be a convenient spot for Vietnamese coffee but for $5 I'll go to Sheridan St for it! There is a separate kiosk for drinks and it was fast service. I picked up their multi grain bread for sandwiches to try it out. But the pastries were underwhelming. I skipped their pumpkin bread. The bakery seating space is clean and I can see it being an easy meet up spot.
Buy a sweet for your sweetie.
This is a great place for a mid day, mid week date. It was quiet and not crowded. The noise level was good for a soft conversation. This being said, if you are in a relationship now is the time to slow down have a tea and a pastry and talk about the future.
Some of the nice parts of this place is that it's enclosed, has air conditioning and no birds running around eyeballing your food.(You know what I mean)
The food is good and at a level that will keep you coming back. This pastry is far superior to Liliha bakery, don't go there come here. This food is not as good as Patisserie La Palme D'or. But! It is still worth a visit and a return visit.
So have a date day and treat your sweet to something sweaty.... Do mine the auto incorrect.

We recently visited this location and ordered some pastries and bread. While at the counter, we noticed that the top cover of the Basque cheesecake kept falling off. When we went to pay, we politely asked the cashier if she could secure it with tape, since the cover wouldn't stay on.
She initially tried using the red circular 85° logo sticker, but it wasn’t sticking. We then calmly and nicely suggested she use the scotch tape that we saw on the counter behind her. As soon as we made the suggestion, her attitude shifted noticeably. She gave us a sharp look and walked very slowly and exaggeratedly to get the tape, returning with a rude attitude and an unfriendly facial expression.
We were disappointed by the way she treated us. We approached her politely, with friendly smiles, and made a reasonable request — yet we were met with unnecessary attitude. To make matters worse, she didn’t even say “thank you” or offer any kind of farewell after completing our purchase — no “have a nice day,” no acknowledgment at all. It was a cold, dismissive interaction that left a negative impression.
Before leaving, we asked another staff member at the drink station for her name and were told it was Daphne. The rude lady’s name is Daphne, She was an older woman, wearing glasses, a work apron, and a cap, small to semi medium body built, 5 feet tall some inches.
Additionally, while we were waiting for our car outside the store, we noticed Daphne outside watching an incident involving mall security and police on the other side of the parking lot. If she is in a supervisory or managerial role, it seems inappropriate to be leaving her station during work hours to observe unrelated activity, especially when customers are still being served.
We hope this feedback is taken constructively. We do enjoy the products here, but customer service is equally important — and this experience was disappointing enough to make us reconsider returning.

Great bakery cafe with nice seating area and eating options. The only issue is that they don't have wifi and the area doesn't have good connection for phone internet hotspot neither. I enjoyed my coffee and pastry there! But unfortunately had to move to Starbucks to get some errands done that needed internet.

Lots of errors from the staff. I asked if they have a coffee machine they said no. Then we saw they in fact did. Then i asked for 3 shots total in a small. I got 5? And charged extra
The place is very difficult to reach, we looked for it for 40 minutes and we did not find it.
This was one hard place to find. Good thing one of the previous reviewers noted that it’s located next to the third floor parking lot. It was quite spacious and also quite empty when we’ve finally found it, and I wonder why….It has your typical 85c baked goods and drinks. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. Oh this place charges for cups for its tsp water. That’s something I haven’t seen before here in Oahu.

My wife and I went here as part of our date day and we fell in love with this place. The Vietnamese coffee was amazing and the pastries were so fresh and flavorful without being too heavy. Incredible atmosphere and plenty of seating. Can get very busy but the line moves rather steadily. We will definitely be adding this to our list of date spots.
Thoroughly enjoyed the bakery items and the atmosphere.
