5 STARS for the products. ZERO stars for service. I am appalled. I was at the Brug on the street level - mauka side of Ala Moana on October 7. The young male on the right side register asking to help people paying cash was unbelievably rude. He was so condescending to an older gentleman and after the man left, he walked around and made fun of the man for the language barrier. As if to put on a show. Cute little bakery in one of the food halls. They have a lot of different savory and sweet baked goods, including seasonal flavors. There is grab and go options, but also larger loaves to take home as well. It was great to stop by while shopping for a little snack.
