Ordered an almond pretzel today. It lacked an even distribution of almond topping and it fell apart when handled. And the taste was off. The staff tried to pass off the other bad almond pretzels on me. I refused. They are making fresh almonds pretzels. Hopefully these are up to the Aunt Anne’s standard.
Not impressed. I feel like this could've been good, but idk is it normal to just dump a crap load of powder at the bottom of the bag instead of mixing it evenly on the pretzel? I guess pretzelmaker spoiled me.

Visited the Ala Moana store this morning as soon as they opened. The area was clean & their items looked tempting. I was told that all the pretzels was made fresh this morning so I bought a large cup of the pretzel nuggets. I paid just over $6 which was fine. After paying for my purchase the person who helped me gave me my change & just turned around and didn't even say "thank you".
