We’ve been Genki fans for years. If you want really really great sushi, this is not the place. Think of it more as a fast food sushi. It’s good but it’s not fine dining. Service experience is fun with ordering in the app and the little trains zipping to your table with your order. Staff are very nice but sometimes has to be flagged down for a tea or soda refills. There are lanes, but the sushi doesn't rotate. The sushi you order comes to you. Place your order by scanning the QR code on your smartphone. When I used itI ordered nine dishes with red soup stock and it cost about 5,000 yen in Japanese yen.

Good service and good sushi. The trains help a lot with the kids. They use a QR code system to order and pay, which saves a lot of time. It's on the second floor and can sometimes confuse Uber drivers if you are trying to reach it quickly.
