The food was ok. We got two pretzels and a lemonade from them. The lemonade was wonderful. A great combination of sweet and sour, but the pretzels were pretty hit or miss. One was burnt and the other was actually pretty good. Although both lacked salt.

Horrible....rubber. Go to pretzel maker, or sams club, or eat your own shoe, any of the 3 will taste better. The Guy running the register on (1/15/24 at 3:10) had the personality of a house plant and couldnt even direct me know where to order. First time i ever hit the "no tip" button with conviction. I should add the girl with glasses was nice, i would have tipped her had the option "minus register prick" existed.

Difficulty checking out, then can't get the order correct and of course after paying for what I ordered they refused to give me the rest of it without paying additionally.Stay away!! Manager standing there and let's it all happen.

Terrible service at this location. Placed an online order in advance that didn't show up in their store by the time I got there. When I politely asked the worker where my order was, he yelled at me saying it's not in their system so it's not ready yet. I tried to show him my email and he continued to be rude and condescending claiming "it's not in their system" and refusing to assist me. Presumably it showed up because they made it and when I took it (I was in a rush) the worker yelled at me again claiming I had an attitude. Excuse me? *I* wasn't the one with attitude. I've worked in customer service and there is absolutely no excuse for this sort of behavior.

Visited the Ala Moana store this morning as soon as they opened. The area was clean & their items looked tempting. I was told that all the pretzels was made fresh this morning so I bought a large cup of the pretzel nuggets. I paid just over $6 which was fine. After paying for my purchase the person who helped me gave me my change & just turned around and didn't even say "thank you". I just expected a "thank you" because most businesses would be appreciative of a sale. Food was fine but I'd give a thumbs down to this particular employee from his/her service I received this morning.

Ordered an almond pretzel today. It lacked an even distribution of almond topping and it fell apart when handled. And the taste was off. The staff tried to pass off the other bad almond pretzels on me. I refused. They are making fresh almonds pretzels. Hopefully these are up to the Aunt Anne’s standard.
Not impressed. I feel like this could've been good, but idk is it normal to just dump a crap load of powder at the bottom of the bag instead of mixing it evenly on the pretzel? I guess pretzelmaker spoiled me.

On this particular day, It was bad. The pretzel was dry and just terrible. There wasn't much of anything on the pretzel so I went back to ask them to please put parmesean and the worker was putting something on the pretzel, that didn't look like parmesean, and when she gave it to me, I took a small taste and it was garlic salt! I ended up throwing it away.

Even after the holidays are over, the mall is still super crowded. We came here today and picked up some New Year's omiiyage (small gifts) and needed to take a break. We stopped by Aunty Annie's to get a pretzel dog and coke. This is a good place if you like pretzels. The pretzel dog was good with the cheese dipping sauce. We felt energized with our snack and was ready to shop more lol.

The pretzels were nice and warm, I had too much sweet. I ordered sugar and cinnamon with a caramel sauce. Too much sweet, it would've been better to order the original with the caramel sauce.
