Decided to try Aburiya Inushi and the food and service were great. Do not let the slightly worn and rough around the edges interior fool you, it is actually a great place to have a meal. We tried many dishes, I'm always surprised when the vegetables dishes are done very well, it shows that the same attention will be given to the other dishes. That being said, highly recommend the potato salad, I think it's the seasoning they put on top but regardless,it's a must....
The chef has good grilling technique. Authentic Japanese small dishes. Anything made with sauce in it is on the heavy tasting end.

Aburiya Ibushi is one of my favorite izakayas to go to! The portions are small, but that’s exactly what makes it perfect for drinking and sharing a variety of dishes. Prices are reasonable, the ambiance is cozy and authentic. It really reminds me of an izakaya in Japan.
The staff are always super friendly and quick with service, and I love that they stay open late. It’s a great spot to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over food and drinks.
