The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish was a hit with our guests—from the Kauai truck shrimp and fresh ahi poke to the tender beef brisket and perfectly prepared sweet potatoes. There wasn’t a single item that didn’t get compliments. The flavors were bold, fresh, and exactly what you hope for when serving local-style cuisine.

What I especially appreciated about Aloha Culinary, beyond the food, was their communication and professionalism. Caterers are busy by nature, but Sean truly stands out. He picks up the phone, follows through, and follows up—by text, email, and direct confirmation of details. Nothing felt rushed or left uncertain.

That level of reliability makes a huge difference when planning an event. You can trust that everything will be handled with care attention. Less stress. Great food, great people, and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommended, would hire again.

Really overrated. My cousin booked through a few recommendations from friends that have seen pictures of them on Facebook. Food was cold, tasted packaged premade-ish even though it definitely looked good, and really not the best service. We will perhaps have to go through a restaurant in honolulu or a sushi caterer we normally go with for the next gathering. I will say the station looked good

12/23/2023 aloha culinary group did a catering service for me for 50 people bbq . They were very professional thru and thru, from contract negotiations to executions. They were on time and delivered above expectation. Thanks to Sean and Vanessa.

We exchanged some dialog with Sean about catering an upcoming event. While it didnt work out for using them i wanted to give a review for the great customer service. Sean stayed flexible and patient over emails while we tried to figure out a catering arrangement. Even when we decided it just wasnt going to work for our scenario, he was gracious and kind in wishing us an enjoyable experience. Wonderful customer experience and I will be keeping this group on my contact list for future events.

We had the absolute honor and pleasure of enjoying Chef Sean and Chef Vince's catering creations on a recent yoga retreat. I cannot put into words how delicious, beautiful and luxurious their food was! Even though the cost was reasonable, the experience felt Michelin star quality, especially the first night! Absolutely plan on using them on my next visit!

Wow wow wow!!! Sean cook for us for our private wedding dinner, we had a picnic on the beach. He customized the menu will all our favorite foods and ideals. We hired Sean & the Aloha Catering Group for our son’s 9th birthday and it was incredible. We had about 20 people and still had the best leftovers for a couple days. Will be hiring Sean again and highly recommend Aloha Catering Group!

If you are looking for a small event or private catering then look no further. Sean and the team from Aloha Culinary Group did an amazing job with everything. Guests were raving about how great all the food was. He was able to accommodate and make so many custom items as well and they all tasted amazing. When we found out that he personally had caught a few of the fish he served, that just surprised everyone. The fish was so delicate and delicious. If you are thinking of private catering around Honolulu, Waikiki area, we would recommend Aloha Culinary Group.

We were looking for private catering in Honolulu for a reasonable and custom menu and so glad we found Sean from Aloha Culinary Group. He was easy to talk to on the phone and addressed all our questions about the menu and process. The day of, his team came in and set up everything on time and even gave us a sample before the event and we were just blown away. The food was amazing and the staff was just really down to earth. Our guests LOVED the food and were just blown away by how professional the whole team was. If you are thinking about small event catering then definitely go with Aloha Culinary Group.
