100 Sails Restaurant & Bar offers a nice breakfast buffet with a made-to-order omelet station, although the banana bread was a disappointment on one visit. The restaurant serves fresh poke, salmon, and ahi sashimi, but the snow crab legs were overcooked. Guests enjoyed the breakfast items, fried oysters, prime rib, and Porchetta. The bread pudding was a bit dry, and the chocolate mac-nut pie was hard and chewy. The service was attentive, and the restaurant provides great views of the Ala Wai boat harbor and Magic Island. While the dessert selection was limited, the overall food and service were excellent.
