Thought I was early when I got there @ 7:28 however, upon signing in I noticed people got there at 6:58. There were 25 parties ahead of me but my wait only took 30 minutes. I've had breakfast soufflé in Europe and Aloha Kitchen stands its ground!!!

The food was pretty good. The only thing is that I wanted to place a to-go order during lunch for my coworker and me, so I called beforehand, and I was told that I would have to pay in cash if I ordered it to go. I decided to dine in and order my co-worker's meal, to-go. I was able to pay with my Visa card for both my order and my coworker's order. The atmosphere was nice and the service was amazing.

Our first breakfast in Honolulu was amazing!! Your soufflé pancakes were the BEST! Having an Hawaiian mimosa was perfect It's one our list to go back on our next vacay n Honolulu!! We got there 1/2 hour before it opened, surprised to see how many people were Already there, WORTH THE WAIT!!

This little place it's so good, it's very clean, and the food and the presentation it's very good, same the service. I just recommend you to be a little patient, the waiting time it's a little long but it's worth the wait .

This review is for logistics and staffs ability to communicate. This is not the first time we dine here, we are well aware of the food quality (good), and previously only cash was accepted. Before we decided to go to this place, we checked and double checked on yelp and google, made sure credit would be accepted. We arrived at 8am, place was pack as usual. We asked if they do order take out, they said they do, but start at 8:30am. I then asked credit ok? They said yes. So I waited 30 min. 8:30am came, I went into order, only at that time, they told me for take out it is cash only. The inabilities to communicate by 2 staffs, made me wait 30 min for nothing.

I had my party of 7 come and we got a table within 30 minutes. I got the Loco Moco and it hit the spot. My girlfriend got the soufflé pancakes with strawberry banana and Nutella and loved it. Definitely a cool spot to hit, and do make sure to come early bc lines can be long.

David is the best part about this special little spot. The food is incredible. The soufflé pancakes are amazing and I recommend adding a side of their potatoes for something savory. David calls everyone when their table is ready and makes it super fun. I was sitting by the front door and got to hear his clever names. I heard Eddie...Eddie Haskell. No Way Jose. Dustin...when I'm cleaning my house I be Dustin. Judy...Judge Judy! This is my favorite breakfast place on island!

Worth the 35 minute wait!!! Just sign your name on the list. Food was delicious!!! We got the berry and strawberry banana soufflé pancakes and ham Benedict. Pancakes delicious as expected based on other reviews and the Benedict egg and grilled ham were cooked perfectly with delicious side potatoes and fresh salad. Staff very friendly and efficient. Efficiency appreciated so that the wait isn't too long. Nice atmosphere. Would not miss this when visiting O'ahu. Also enjoyed my Lilikoi mimosa

Just go! Show up early at like 720 and sign the sheet. Freak out on your kids and make them get up up or threaten to leave them in the room and make them eat Jack in the Box. Wish we discovered this joint before two trips waiting for a table at IHOP. Go here instead. trust. David is a nice guy who keeps the line moving with light humor and good fun. Solid experience all-around.

The macnut pancake was decent, but I don’t think it’s worth the 40+ minute wait. Since the pancakes are so airy, they don’t pack as much flavor and bite as normal pancakes. But I would still recommend this place if you’ve never had soufflé pancakes before. Service is also excellent.

This kitchen needs to be renamed NO ALOHA... very heart breaking! Very ashamed to hear how my family was treated there... Sad that establishments like this stay open and true hearted mom and pop shops have to shut down! Do not eat here... Never eat any food that is from this type of environment... The owner was rude... dictating how to pay and felt like they were rushed out while making a take out order... one of their waiters told a minor "tips are greatly appreciated!" That's super incompetent and beyond rude! A very unwelcoming environment The very opposite of aloha... Which is the true definition of Haole... Zero star rating...

I don't usually write reviews, but this is the worst restaurant, so I'll write one. The four of us waited for over 30 minutes, and my daughter (2 years old) was tired from waiting, so I cradled her 20 meters away. When it finally came to my turn, my wife, who had been waiting at the store, tried to go in first, but she acted in a high-pressure manner, telling me that we had to get everyone together. I returned after about 20 seconds (after all, I was 20 meters away) and during that time, I guided the customers who were waiting later to their seats. I was shocked. Even if I tried to ask him why, he wouldn't answer. It's just that it's no good if they don't come together. After 10 minutes, I went to my seat and was told to leave the stroller here, and was given a seat guide with an overbearing attitude and face (especially her face). There is only one female staff member.I waited for over 40 minutes in total, but I felt like I couldn't eat comfortably, so I left.At that time, the woman was sneaking around in the back with her fellow staff members, looking at me and laughing. It says that this store closes until 13:00.Customers are lined upIf we don't have enough people, orders will be delayed = turnover rate will be poor.Is this the rule?I'm also doing businessI understand that you're looking for income.I just wish there was a little bit of flexibility.thought.I missed you yesterdayCafe Kaira had great service and food.Maybe I'm comparing too much. However, I don't feel like I'm a customer at all. Of course, you are not expected to serve customers with a smile even if you have a bad experience. Because I'm cooking for you.Just be normal, be normal.Because it wasn't normal for meI am writing this for the first time.Kid-friendliness: Terrible response. It was crowded in front of the store and the road was narrow, so I waited a little further away (about 20m) and was refused entry. My wife was waiting at the store. Even when it was my turn, I was asked to leave my stroller here (even though there was no space to put it), and the expressions on the staff's faces were particularly cruel. It's not that she's ugly or anything, it's that the female staff clearly shows high pressure and rejection on her face.

This is a great breakfast spot! I highly recommend the soufflé pancakes. They are super delicious. You can get it with or without ice cream. The service was wonderful. We had to wait a bit because there was a line out the door but it moved quickly for us.

It was a long wait but it was worth it. The service was good. Food came out pretty quick since we had plenty of time to select our food. I've never had a shuffle pancake and it was delicious. The fruit on top was a great topping
