If I could leave this place 0 stars, I would.First there is no parking despite the fact that they are right next to a parking garage. All the spots are reserved, so don’t bother. It took about 20 minutes of trying to find their place which btw, is just a shack next to an elevator. Nothing on their website or social media has any directional information. If you think their items are made fresh in house, forget about it. We got two of their pastries for an astounding $19 which turned out to be stale. Not only that but their worker also gave us the wrong item, so imagine paying $10+ pastry and not even getting what you wanted. Both of the items we ordered were supposed to be a croissant base, however it was clearly baked days ago because it was hard and stale. This place is an absolute joke and no idea how they are still in business. The fact that their employee were complaining about their shift and hours, instead of greeting us should have been the first warning sign.Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

I had to pick up an Uber Eats order from here. When I got there I had to wait 2 minutes for the only worker they had to get off the phone to greet me. I told her the order and she said wait 5 minutes. I came back 6 minutes later and she saw me and said “oh wait 5 minutes” …. Wasting almost 15 minutes of my time as a delivery person where my time is money. Horrible and very incompetent. Shut it down if you don’t have enough people to work fast and efficiently.

Good food. Great staff. Food quality may suffer from long lines and rush lunch traffic. Need to make Thai food more spicy.

I am not sure how to explain it, but the individual taking orders is an extremely poor representation of the establishment. He was extremely rude and prejudiced towards me. I was scolded for reading the menu, told that I had to get into the marked off line area; one of 6 people there,.. and when called to the window to order... he walked away, and he was the one who called me to the window. After ordering, 16 people were served, including 10 people after me, and all I got was 3 chicken taco's. When i finally receiced my food, the rest of my party of 5 had almost finished eating. The person who ordered directly after me and whom ordered the same thing got his food 10 minutes before me, but on the plus side, he was served the wrong meal. Bottom line, the food was phenomenal and the service was terrible. I will not return due to primarily due to the terrible service, followed by the location, and parking availability.

Totally worth checking out. Best birria I've had on the island and the desserts are just fantastic.

Sorely missed in LV. I really hope the Hawaii location takes off so that it makes sense to expand to the mainland again. <3

The food was good, but not really anything I'd go out of my way to get again. We went to Restaurant Row just to try it out because of all the great reviews and pictures here. We got the spiral croissant with chocolate mousse. The mousse was very rich and yummy, but the croissant part was really hard and messy. We ended up just eating the filling and throwing away the croissant so it really wasn't worth the price (~$11). Really did look better in all the pictures. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we got some tacos. Again, they were good but not something I'd crave specifically from their place. The birria bites were our favorite overall. The walk up window is tucked in a nook by the elevators and seems like a go-to for RR employees. The staff were friendly and they do validate parking for customers.

Ok, you know how some of the best food concepts are odd little pop ups that appear in random gas stations or convenience stores? This is an entirely new place to find amazing food- at the top of the stairs leading into a parking garage! Think that's all? Nope- because this place has fusion the way that I've only ever found here in Hawaii.Read on as I visit my local Mexican/Thai/Poke/pastry stand. In a parking garage. I've read that Aloha Mamacita also exists in Vegas but has Hawaii roots. I've also read and seen that they have a much larger space with a kitchen just below the space they are currently using, but the dining room simply isn't ready for guests. The good news is that there are cement tables in the courtyard of the building, so you won't have to go far if you want to stay nearby. I happened to visit on the day that they were revising their menu,, so was lucky enough to order. A brand new item- an adorable jiggly kitty pudding. They are $8, come in a variety of flavors, and are big enough to share if you want. I asked the helpful cashier which one was her favorite so far and she said matcha. Too easy, as it is a flavor I always choose. The pudding jiggled and swayed and I truly wanted to poke it forever, but eventually gave in and scooped it up. The texture was much firmer than I'd expected, and so deliciously creamy! It was similar to a very dense creme brûlée once you've made it to the interior. (Interestingly, they do also serve cream brûlée, though theirs is nestled into the center of a round croissant! It looks amazing.) I also decided to order the dish they are most known for, birria tacos. These were stuffed with meat and cheese, and dripping with juices. They were a glorious mess but I know I'll personally be happier when I try other menu items, as the two napkins they gave me were not enough, and my hands smelled delicious even after being washed multiple times. I also ordered the horchata, which was tasty enough, but could not compare to the one at Straight out of Husk. Hmmm, it might just be that I really love cream. My next visit will include at least one thai or Lao dish and a poke bowl, as the poke flavors include Thai and Lao spices on fresh ahi. Lemongrass poke? I can't wait! The poke is not officially on the menu, but seems to be regularly available. I visited at 11am, just as the lunch rush began. I was glad to be early enough to snag a table and was very happy to not be in the crowd of people packed in between the cars and the elevators. Happy to say that when I needed to move through that crowd they were all happy to let me pass by them. Still, I look forward to the day that I can sit inside the restaurant instead of in the courtyard. Prices are on the high end of reasonable. Taco Tuesday means $3 street tacos filled with the delicious tender beef but without the consommé, and they validate parking for three hours with a $10 purchase, which will be every order. Aloha indeed, Mamacita!

We called ahead to order since we'd be coming close to closing time and they were very accommodating despite us arriving so late. We ended up eating outside at the tables near the bar which was nice. We'd ordered Birria Tacos with Consomme, birria báos, Birria Bomb Bites, banana pudding, strawberry pudding, and some of their puffies! The buns with birria were an interesting combination, but I probably wouldn't get again. Everything was delicious, the desserts were definitely a favorite-- both the puddings and the puffies were not overly sweet and were a perfect way to end our meal. Overall, the tacos were a good portion size, decent pricing, & parking was easy to find in the structure with they validate. We LOVED the desserts so we'll definitely come back for more pudding/puffies as well as the tacos.

Always a great stop for puffies!! They've got a variety of flavors and they are all good...can't really pick a favorite. Birria taco and fried chicken baos are on point. Only draw back is location. If u not old enough to be familiar with restaurant row, good luck

The dining area is still under construction so it's window only. This time i got one of their desserts to go, and the aloha puff is very good. It came out fast since it was pick out from display too. $6 is a pretty fair price, and the waterfront location means not having to go north shore for the only pastry on island I've had that was similar in style. The cookie butter was flavorful, and the pastry extremely flaky. You will need a napkin to eat it. Powder and crumbs go everywhere but the taste and texture make the clean up more than worth it.

Great and delicious food! Prices are a bit high though. Costumer service is also great.
