I came here after getting all glammed up at my hair salon nearby. Also nice and refreshing to have fresh fish afterwards. I didn't know they didn't always have specials. The Kala bowl still remains my favorite in which I'm too scared to try a different poke, hamachi, truffle, avocado - those are a few of my favorite things. Wish I had noticed the specials on sashimi on the fridge on the side, definitely gonna check my eyes and look their first next time, some $15 for some sashimi...read full review
I got the Ka Lā Bowl. Hamachi, truffle oil drizzle with pickled jalapeños over sushi?! I will drive through traffic from Kapolei to have this. The service was sweet, local style. Kainalu Bowl is a must.

The customer service is excellent. The employees were very cognizant of my wife's allergies and were able to contour the meal to fit. The quality of the fish is very fresh and the beef was braised to perfection. The shoyu sauce for my ahi was a smidge to salty, I dont recommend dumping the tub of poke over your rice.
