First timers at DK for my boyfriend's birthday and it was amazing! The service started off a little iffy, but it got better throughout the night. Reid explained the whole menu, answered any questions we had, gave some really good recommendations. We started off with the shrimp dynamite and the spicy tuna inside out roll. The Filet was perfectly cooked and delicious. Totally recommend this for your order. The 30 day dry aged ribeye, however, was just not good. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out blue... Cold, slimy, and full of gristle fat... I ate around the edges where it was somewhat cooked, but I just couldn't finish it. They blamed it on being tough to get it right as bone-in but... Love their 30-day aged steaks. So flavorful. Hoping they'll bring back some of the popular side dishes like the potatoes au gratin. Colleen was a wonderful and friendly hostess. We always enjoy her humor.
