I prefer a discreet waiter who works unobtrusively — refilling water and attending to details without unnecessary questions or conversation. The most important thing about a steakhouse to me is that the star of the plate is cooked perfectly to order. Wr had the lamb chops and they were as close to perfect as I've seen as they are a difficult protein to get each chop right. Secondly, our server was outstanding. Her timing was perfect and she had a very positive attitude. I would give the overall experience a 4.5/5. Better value than some of the so-called fancier places
