Just a regular Starbucks, nothing special. Same products, foods and beverages for sale as any other Starbucks. There’s a bar type set up you’d find at other reserves but it wasn’t manned.
THIS LOCATION IS NO LONGER A RESERVE. Per the staff, apparently since June 2023. They have made no apparent attempt to take down any of the Reserve branding.Still a solid regular Starbucks with a clean and spacious interior. Just don't come here expecting special and eclectic coffee.

I should have read the reviews. The only reason we walked halfway across Waikiki was for the Reserve coffee. If it hasn’t been a Reserve for over nine months, the least they could do is change the Google listing. As others have mentioned, most of the staff is pretty blasé about their service.
