came here yesterday with my family to to hopefully get a better and more pleasant experience than Dave's ice cream at stix. This place is really great! Has tasty sorbets such as the lilikoi and the hibiscus. Also, the servers are much more nice. If you want a sweet treat at stix, this place is well worth it.

Great gelato! I’ve had it at 3 other places on the island including IL gelato and I think this place is the most flavorful! The two workers there were also very kind and welcoming. I had a somewhat uncomfy situation with some passing by strangers and they were quick to assist me and ensure I felt safe as I was alone. Overall, great gelato, great workers, and great service! :)

we stopped by this little spot to pick up some gelato. I did enjoy eating my gelato It was not overly sugary and very creamy. Highly recommend the spot if you’re in Hawaii and you just want some good gelato. That’s not gonna give you a sugar rush.

I was in line to get gelato from the young male server at this place when one of the customers accidentally knocked the used dirty tasting spoons into the gelato tubs. The gelato scooper took out only some of spoons and then continued to serve the gelato to other customers. And he didn’t even take all the used dirty spoons out of the gelato tubs, he just walked away and laughed with the other servers at Nana’s Green Tea. That’s just nasty. My wife had to tell another server that there were still spoons in the tubs and told them that they needed to change the tubs. NASTY!!!!!!

Black Tea Gelato is so creamy and tastes amazing - rich in tea flavor but not too sweet. If you’re a boba and/or milk tea lover, highly highly recommend!
