Yummy soba! They got a variety of cold and hot sodas with variety of sides and other dishes. In general haven't found STIX to be too crowded whenever I come. Their natto bowl was pretty good and the rest of their portions are quite fair too.I'd come back here for sure.
This was the first time trying soba noodles and enjoyed. Nothing to compare to. Just take noodles.. dip in the soup, eat. Repeat. Ordered the hot curry. Japanese curry with noodles and soup, can't go wrong here.

Loved the ube soba noodles. I love to see cool fusions like that on a menu - after all you can get soba noodles anywhere in Japan and elsewhere, but not ube noodles. Dipping sauce was also excellent, and surprisingly so was the kimchi.STIX is a pretty crowded basement eatery full of various asian food stalls; most of the places had a wait, including this one, but it wasn't terrible. There's also a bar directly across from it to order drinks from while you wait.
