Went there for my 65th birthday and was very impressed with the excellent service and the delicious food. I got the Veal Parmigiana and it was great, my wife got the chicken and shrimp and she really enjoyed hers also. Top it off they gave me a free desert for my birthday , thanks for making my special day more special!

Service is fast and food is basic but good. The ambiance is what really brings it down, kind of glorified fast food cheap. The Chinese cats covering the hostess stand with waving hands get obnoxious.

I always enjoy going to Assaggio's. However, I ordered the chicken piccata this time and it had no flavor. I was also a little disappointed that there was no acknowledgment of the two birthdays we were celebrating on the table, despite making note of them when I made the reservation.

How this place has more than 3 stars is amazing to me. Food is mid to bad. (Chicken Parm was burnt and marinara very watery) Service is ridiculously slow. (We were the only people here at 5pm. It took over 30 minutes to scoop 4 little cups of ice cream) Parking is terrible.

We called and booked for 6 ppl and they seat us in the storage room! No joke when we asked to move us they said we don’t have 6 ppl space! If you are that desperate to take customers even in your storage area the. You don’t even deserve to run a restaurant! For all those reviews saying they are accommodating be aware that they will surely accommodate you but perhaps right by their bathroom or storage area!

The New York steak was out of this world. Incredibly tender and flavorful, it was cooked to our desired doneness. The pasta I ordered, chicken anchovy olio, i feel was good but could use more flavor. I won't be ordering this again, since it gave me a bit of acid reflux. Perhaps due to the amount of oil in the recipe? Definitely will return but I will order something else.

We enjoyed our meal, very tasty but I think a bit expensive for pasta. The atmosphere was relaxing because we asked to be seated in the room off to the side of the main room, away from the kitchen. Otherwise, the clatter of the kitchen and other diners would be too loud for our liking. Service was excellent! Very attentive, accommodating and professional. I wish I could remember our busboy's name because he was incredible.
