Sweet potato fries - so delicious! Brf burrito- WOW! Cheesecake- yum!
We ate dinner at the Barefoot Beach Cafe after seeing an advertisement. Great location on the beach with a gorgeous sunset view. Everything is self-serve. Place your order at one window and then when your food is ready, you get to pick up at the pick-up window, after which you take it to your table. All seating is outside and sit wherever a table is available. Get your own eating utensils, napkins etc. On our visit, they had regular forks and spoons available but only plastic knives. When we asked if they had any metal knives, they said no because they were all dirty and had not been washed yet. The restaurant was not busy, maybe only a total of twelve or so patrons while we were there. As far as the food - my wife ordered the Pork, cabbage & rice and I had the Fish & Chips. My wife said her shredded pork and cabbage was very good and the rice was ok. My two pieces of fish were very good but the fries were soggy. Portions were plentiful. When you finish your meal it is your responsibility to scrape your plate into a trash can and then take your dirty plate to a dirty dish bin where several dirty dishes looked like they had been stacked for some time. Silverware was to be put into a bin of soapy dishwater. We hoped that they were actually cleaning the silverware in a dishwasher and not just letting them soak in the dirty dishwater! While they accept credit cards, you are charged for everything. A glass of ice water in a plastic cup is 50 cents. Fountain sodas are $3.00 for 16 oz and no free refills even though other area restaurants do give free refills. A 20 oz. Bottled soda is $4.00. If you pay by credit card there is an additional credit card fee. While the staff does nothing more than take your order, call out your name when it is ready and then hand it to you, they ask for a tip when you swipe your card. After visiting, my opinion is that this restaurant fits the definition of “Tourist Trap”. They are selling their prime location on the beach. Service is non existent and, while the food is decent, it is all about the $$!
Splendid location and live music. Reasonable prices with solid vegan options. Picture from the road so you dont miss it. Fre parking on the right side of the road. (If you can find it, its like the best free parking spots on the island and are in high demand)

5/5 Stars: Barefoot Beach Cafe - The BEST Breakfast in Waikiki!
Seriously, if you're looking for an amazing meal with an unbeatable view, you have to try Barefoot Beach Cafe.
The food was absolutely fantastic—everything was freshly made, hot, and delicious. We especially loved the breakfast: the pancakes were fluffy and perfect, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful; they were cooked to perfection!
It's not just a snack shack, it's a great dining experience. The beautiful beach location on Queen's Surf Beach and the ample seating make it the ideal spot to start your day. Don't walk, run here!

The food was passable. My wife had an Ahi Tuna burger. She disliked the taste and texture. I had a BBQ Chicken sandwich. It was okay. I substituted the fries for a side salad. The salad was delicious.

Got tasty smoothie. Nice seating area.
We were told that we had to go here. Well, they were right. Get the pineapple smoothie. Made in a fresh pineapple it was absolutely delicious. We also got a couple of other smoothies. They were also great. I ordered the Surfer's breakfast. A nice fried rice infused with Spam, Portuguese sausage, scallions with a fried egg on top. My wife enjoyed her Avocado toast spiked. We also had a breakfast burrito. All good. The views are amazing. Watch the birds, they'll steal your food!

Great little shack with some tasty smoothies and French toast! The rain came in so we decided to give it a try and get out of the elements and enjoyed it.
