“This lovely gentleman helped me with my very first online order on a hilarious customized birthday cake. He definitely went above and beyond and saved my child’s birthday party. He honestly deserves a raise. I wish I remembered his name, but he was a legend! Side note: I was supposed to pick the cake up at 4pm and ended up getting it 3 hours earlier! #blessed“

Even though the store was undergoing renovations, it was still impressively clean and well-organized. It’s clear they care about both their customers and their space. “I would really never review a chain like this. BUT only 1 reason. The gentleman that worked last night Friday May 24, 2024, closing shift. Did the best job that I ever seen. Kept his composure, greeted and thanked customers. Serviced a continuous line BY HIMSELF. Which included taking orders, making orders and cashiering, AGAIN BY HIMSELF. Did an amazing job. Not only has to be his own security for safety purposes but wow he deserves a raise. Then he has to close the place alone. Thats a lot of responsibility. Easily this was thee employee of the month hands down, even year. Kid If your reading this and they don't give you a raise contact me I will get you a better job.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager JB; I came in to order 2 quarts and one of them looked like the wrong flavor. I called and explained what happened and she made a new quart for me of the flavor I ordered. Her telephone service and in person service was excellent.
