I didn't eat it because I already ate it.

“This is the location that Barack Obama used to work at and we have been visiting for 3 generations now. The ice cream is as expected. The parking can be tricky and busy. There is a small lot, one next door that is OK to use if all the stores in that area are closed and street parking. When we arrived, it was unusually empty, but it quickly filled up. Service was quick and efficient.“

“Was charged once for a medium strawberry smoothie with banana added. Cashier was busy making the drink , saw the approved sign but was asked to re insert my card again. I have the receipt for Second transaction. Looked at my bank statement online and saw 2 pending transactions from the same establishment. I called in and asked the worker that there is two pending transactions and that I should give it 24hrs. Well 24 hrs went by and the first transaction that was approved went through. Tried calling the establishment but no answer. I got my refund and the cashier working was really friendly and helpful.“

“I would really never review a chain like this. BUT only 1 reason. The gentleman that worked last night Friday May 24, 2024, closing shift. Did the best job that I ever seen. Kept his composure, greeted and thanked customers. Serviced a continuous line BY HIMSELF. Which included taking orders, making orders and cashiering, AGAIN BY HIMSELF. Did an amazing job. Not only has to be his own security for safety purposes but wow he deserves a raise. Then he has to close the place alone. Thats a lot of responsibility. Easily this was thee employee of the month hands down, even year. Kid If your reading this and they don't give you a raise contact me I will get you a better job.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager JB; I came in to order 2 quarts and one of them looked like the wrong flavor. I called and explained what happened and she made a new quart for me of the flavor I ordered. Her telephone service and in person service was excellent. This is how every establishment should be for customer service! Thank you again, JB!“
