Great customer service, has really improved. Go there often with the family and we always seem to have a wonderful time and it is clean
I would really never review a chain like this. BUT only 1 reason. The gentleman that worked last night Friday May 24, 2024, closing shift. Did the best job that I ever seen. Kept his composure, greeted and thanked customers. Serviced a continuous line BY HIMSELF. Which included taking orders, making orders and cashiering, AGAIN BY HIMSELF. Did an amazing job. Not only has to be his own security for safety purposes but wow he deserves a raise. Then he has to close the place alone....read full review
Scott is the kindest food service worker I have ever encountered. He seemed to be genuinely happy with his job and our ice cream was incredible, tables clean, great experience all around!
