The manager's attitude was very poor; he acted as if he owned the reefs and made the laws around here, even though half of his job involves taking out the trash. However, there was one positive point: he doesn't charge you for the air you breathe.

Edible hot dog, fries and cheese toastie $24 being steep but tourist priced, however couldn't stomach $6+ for a drink of any kind..Staff made a comment about the money in my wallet and had a very uninviting demeanour.Notably staff at Hanauma in general were either lovely or awful what a mix.
You know how when you go to a touristy place and think "Yeah, the food will be a little on the pricy side, but oh well?". This place takes it too far with the price increases. My bagel alone was $6.

Literal highway robbery! $15 USD ($20 CAD) for a Gatorade and a bottle of water. If I wasn't so thirsty and it didn't happen so fast, I would have caused a real scene, and your employee would have quit after I gave them a piece of my mind. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Bring your own food or eat at one of the awesome restaurants in Hawaii Kai after. Staff is really nice, but this might as well be on the mainland with burgers and chicken. Bring on the poke!!
