I liked this place until the worker sneezed in her hand before handling items...
The service was friendly, but the product was below expectations. I got an Oreo smoothie and it was so watery. It was very unappetizing and just made me feel nauseous. I would not eat here again. The drink was cheap, but it was not even worth the few dollars it cost.

I've previously had good experiences with this place, but my recent order on July 8, 2023, at 2:30 PM was disappointing. The new staff was not only rude and unprofessional while taking my order, but they also got my order wrong. When I pointed this out, I was met with unnecessary attitude. Due to this recent experience, I can no longer recommend this place.
May 24, 2023 ordered a jasmine tea and over half of the cup was ice. It is convenient to drink there after shopping at the NEX but at this point, I'm paying for ice.
My daughter and I love this boba tea place. Whenever we go to the NEX we get a boba tea here. The taste is delicious it has a good amount of milk and tea. The sweetness is just right for my daughter and I because we don’t like boba tea too sweet. The boba here is definitely QQ. Overall it’s a great place so try it out. ^•^
