The huli huli chicken is the headline act, perfectly grilled with that sweet, smoky glaze that caramelizes just right. Every bite is juicy, tender, and packed with classic island style BBQ flavor. The chicken is cooked with remarkable precision, arriving unbelievably tender and succulent. The seasoning enhances the natural flavor. Some guests found the chicken so delicious they didn’t use any sauces. The rice is perfectly cooked, light, fragrant, and incredibly satisfying. It captures every drop of flavor. The tossed salad option is just lettuce, but portions are good for the price. The turkey butt is rich, smoky, and fall apart tender. The macaroni salad was phenomenal. Everything comes out fresh and hot, just like a proper plate lunch should. Lunch platters are $15, perfectly priced. Outdoor seating only but it’s under an undercover patio. This spot is serving up comfort on a plate and is definitely worth the hype.
