The huli huli chicken is the headline act, perfectly grilled with that sweet, smoky glaze that caramelizes just right. Every bite is juicy, tender, and packed with classic island style BBQ flavor. The chicken is cooked with remarkable precision, arriving unbelievably tender and succulent. The seasoning enhances the natural flavor. Some guests found the chicken so delicious they didn’t use any sauces. The rice is perfectly cooked, light, fragrant, and incredibly satisfying. It captures every drop of flavor.
