Ruby Tuesday in the Moanaloa shopping center is fantastic. A lot of military members and their families eat there. They are responsive to large groups who gather to eat as well as have short meetings during their time there. And, use of their robots to carry the meals to the table saves the wait staff's backs!
I have eaten here multiple times. I have had one instance in the distant past in which the wait time was so intense that we never got waited upon even after being seated. However, since then, it has never happened and service had been great. Recently, I ate their Smokehouse Burger and thought it was massive and tasty. Ruby Tuesday Moanalua offers a mixed experience. The atmosphere gives calm, elderly, and family vibes, but it can be too cold inside. Service varies; some reviewers note it is slow to be seen once seated and to place orders, with only one server for a large section. However, the salad bar is well maintained, and food is good, quick, and tastes great. Specific servers like Amber F and Lorena provided wonderful service, with Amber knowing orders without being told and Lorena knowing the menu well and making great suggestions. The menu was limited during Valentine's week. Despite slow service, the food comes out hot and offers great value for a sit-down lunch.
