Betty's Burgers Honolulu

A guy called out my name and took it back. He seemed to have mixed up orders as he swapped the contents of two bags. I should’ve checked before leaving but I did not receive a burger I paid a whopping 10 dollars for. Instead I received their most basic burger with no receipt to show proof of purchase. Usually I’d be more understanding over mix ups however the establishment was not busy at all, there was one guy eating and two who ordered after me.
The lady at the cashier was friendly, the burger I ordered was her favorite so she was not at fault for this mix up.
As a college student who goes to Betty’s once in a while, this was a disappointing experience.

We had our very first taste of Betty's Burgers today, and wow, they absolutely delivered! 🎉 From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly friendly and so helpful, making recommendations that truly hit the spot.

But the star of the show? The burger was genuinely one of the best we've ever had – perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. It’s safe to say Betty's Burgers has earned a new fan! We're already planning our next visit because one taste just wasn't enough. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Took 40 mins to get a burger, I said for here and they made it to go but it was so hot in there I didn’t care just left. Parking is not free like everyone says especially when you have to wait an hour for food damn near

Definitely a hidden gem, the burgers were fantastic the fry seasoning was so good and we absolutely loved the vibe. We will be back again.

Immediately welcomed with warm service by the staff who got my order perfect. My burger was cooked to perfection, it was flavorful, hot, and juicy. Somehow, my burger buns were not soggy but expertly toasted and maintained form throughout and tasted great.

They use steak cut fries here, which were crispy on the outside, salted appropriately, and soft on the inside. So if you are a fan of shoe string or thin cut these fries may not suit your needs.

I also got a milkshake, the small was PLENTY for me and it was smooth and tasted great.

Some downsides; it’s a small restaurant so a big group might need to sit outside and deal with road noise, or the occasional homeless person. It’s also quite warm if you choose to sit inside. Which makes sense because it’s a small burger place. Also, paid parking sucks, is somewhat limited, but it easy to get in and out of the parking area.

If you are near campus or just wrapped up a hike at Manoa Falls (or other trails) stop here for a delicious burger!

The workers are always so friendly, the food is always fresh and warm… what’s not to love about Betty’s Burgers. I’m definitely a repeating customer due to how delicious this food is.

I've lived in many places in the U.S., and since I love burgers, tried many burger places, but I believe Betty's Burgers is the best burger I've had. April,Daniel and Omar provided excellent service, and we're very friendly, which nowadays you don't see too often. Thank you very much!

Finally tried Betty’s Burgers and all around, I was so impressed. Great menu selection with most burger prices $7.95-9.95. I got the mushroom guac smash burger. The young local staff were so nice and the bag our food came in was cutely hand drawn. 10/10.
Going back soon!

Small inside with few tables and chairs. Outside a few as well.

I have tried to go here and get food at least three or four times and either they haven’t been open during open hours and or they have very limited supply of what they can offer. I really want to try them, but I think the last time where all they would offer was shakes was the last resort of not going
