Ordered the Ribeye with pesto aioli and the rack of ribs. Both with veggies and mashed potatoes. SUPERB! Prices appear to be already “military discount” (plus it’s tax free for military) steak and ribs would have been easily $40+ each but was $33-36 instead.
We ordered drinks, then the fish and chips, and lobster crab cake. The fish was very good, but the fries were soggy and we had to ask for lemon. The lobster crab cake could have been perfect, but it was fried too long. The breading was what screwed it up.
The server was pretty bad. She was friendly, but that's about it. Our drinks came after our entree, and she walked around with blinders on. Getting her attention was way harder than it should have...

My wife and I had lunch at Bibas Courtyard Grill in the Hale Koa Hotel today, and it was delicious. She enjoyed her Chicken Parmesan, and I loved my Kalua Cabbage with rice. Arnold was very busy, but he provided remarkable service.
