Terrific stay with the family! This was my second stay with the wife and first for our kids - can't say enough great things about the hotel. Great staff, nice clean rooms, & great location. Check in was long, but we were checking in at 3pm HST. Only 2 elevators working on check in day in the Ilima tower, but was only an issue the day of check in. Location is great! Right on the beach. We were fortunate to be sponsored to stay here through family members. Our room faced the garden area and it was quiet the whole time. The food was wonderful and it was nice to have access to the store if we forgot anything. The food was yummy at the restaurant and the staff were attentive. We felt pretty safe staying here.
