Unfortunately this place has closed and will be turning into a different restaurant but I was there for the last day and everyone who worked their was phenomenal. The food was yummy, they even got my kid a blanket because she was cold ~ and when I needed something altered they did it without question. I'll miss the place but especially the people ~

So sad to be present for the final evening at BLT Waikiki. Our meal was excellent; Todd's aloha spirit was just what the evening needed. Very bittersweet for us as we have been celebrating Xmas and New Years at BLT since it opened many years ago. While I'm no fan of the landlords at the Trump Hotel, I loved all the staff at BLT - the amazing popovers, the tuna tartare, the prime steaks, the Kahuku corn - all delicious and beautifully prepared and served in an upscale but not fussy dining room. Kudos to the staff for their extra dose of friendliness towards their guests that made us feel welcome and comfortable. I will miss BLT - they modernized the American steakhouse without cheapening it. And we were made to feel as regulars and friends. Success partnerships are rare - I hope BLT rebounds to even bigger successes.

Have dined here multiple times, always great place, but sadly my server said they were given notice by corporate 2 days ago that today is the last day they are open, and they will be closing forever. Boo corporate!

Love BLT, the staff, the ambiance, and the food, but last night I had a horribly unprofessional server and will be sure to request any of the other wonderful servers except for him in future. He was totally obsequious to my guest and kept addressing him by name, "Mr. H" and me with a brusque "sir" although he knew my name as I made the reservation and was the host. Here are just two examples of his unprofessional behavior, not to mention his surly attitude. I ordered the salmon well done and my guest ordered the rack of lamb medium rare. When the entrees were served he immediately approached the table with "Mr. H" is your rack cooked properly? And then he looked at me and walked away. I got so tired of his "Mr. H" this and "Mr. H" that, that I finally said, my name is "Mr. T" -- something he already knew as I made the reservation. And he just continued with the "Mr. H" and the "sir". Then he did something so outrageous and so unprofessional that I was stunned. It became clear towards the end that he was about to present the check to "Mr. H" which no professional or even newbie server would ever do with out informing and getting permission from the host. I had to speak to the manager to have him reluctantly give me the check. After confirming with the manager that all of BLT's staff share in the tip pool, I left $300 on a $275 check. But I want this server to know that, if not for the tip pool, I would have left zero and slipped the manager $300 to divide amongst the other servers, supports, BT's, and kitchen. I'm not sure what this server's problem was but he was borderline rude to me from the get go. The only thing I can think of is that I am Asian and he and my guest are Caucasian. I hope I am wrong and I would never play the race card but I cannot understand where this experience supposedly professional server was coming from...

Dry over-cooked break un-cleaned shrimp cocktail Way over-cooked steak (and the wrong cut of steak) Also be careful about sitting outside, the gentle drops of water landing on you and your food is not rain, it's from the hotel pool above the restaurant.

Very nice experience, The pop over is so delicious, I also had the raw oysters and jumbo shrimp. Love the oysters. Manager said was fresh from Mexico. The stuffs are very friendly too! The steak is a little over cooked, when the manager ask how we were doing and I suggested the steak can be better. He was nicely to give us a complimentary desert!

We were celebrating my birthday and I wanted to taste a good steak. I got the porterhouse and man did I learn something. I didn't know that a New York and a Fillet come from this same cut. I was in heaven. Also the sides were delicious. I over did it. I didn't want to waste anything or hear it up the next day in a microwave. The waitress Valentina was so nice and the rest of the crew that made sure my drinks were always full and that we were well taken care of. I wish I had more birthdays in a year so we could come back. Also thanks for the birthday surprise.

I took my boyfriend and my kids here last night for his birthday. I'm sorry to say I'm really not impressed. We ordered the 36oz porterhouse , seafood tower for two, hen of the woods mushrooms, mashed potatoes and oysters. The service was average. The drinks we had were probably the best part. I had something called the bootlegger or something like that .. it was actually excellent. The atmosphere is not to snooty for fine dining but not exactly casual either. It was comfortable. Unfortunately especially at the price and quality I won't be back

Great experience. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. definitely try the lobster cob salad and the grilled double cut bacon apps. Also had the Ribeye which came out perfect. Will come back again. Props to our server and the food runner that helped us out that night I believe his name was peter.

I love the environment and aesthetic of the restaurant. The service was incredible and everyone there was very nice. One of the workers I talked to was Peter. He was very polite and provided great service!

The perfect spot for date night. The food and service were both excellent, we really enjoyed ourselves. Special shoutout to Peter for the hospitality, thank you!

The food and service were outstanding! I can't believe it took me this long to come here. My favorite dish we received is the cowboy bone in Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection.

10/10! Come have a seat at BLT Steak, located on the right side upon entry! Came with a friend for happy hour and couldn't have been more pleased. We shared everything family style and left happy & full! S/O to Peter and his trainee! Made the experience better, especially with Peter's great recommendations! - SUNSET MENU - aka happy hour! Happy hour at BLT is from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. You can have a seat at the bar or the tables by the window right next to the bar. Service was nice & table maintenance was on point! Definitely looking forward to coming in again!
