So sad to be present for the final evening at BLT Waikiki. Our meal was excellent; Todd's aloha spirit was just what the evening needed. Very bittersweet for us as we have been celebrating Xmas and New Years at BLT since it opened many years ago. While I'm no fan of the landlords at the Trump Hotel, I loved all the staff at BLT - the amazing popovers, the tuna tartare, the prime steaks, the Kahuku corn - all delicious and beautifully prepared and served in an upscale but not fussy...read full review
Have dined here multiple times, always great place, but sadly my server said they were given notice by corporate 2 days ago that today is the last day they are open, and they will be closing forever. Boo corporate!
Unfortunately this place has closed and will be turning into a different restaurant but I was there for the last day and everyone who worked their was phenomenal. The food was yummy, they even got my kid a blanket because she was cold ~ and when I needed something altered they did it without question. I'll miss the place but especially the people ~
