One word. Francine. She is beautiful, majestic, other worldly… . I could just kiss her! Her glare that she gives me is magical, and the luscious locks of her pink ponytail are exquisite. AND! She always makes mistakes and gives me free food..but are they really mistakes…? Average Starbucks but not as efficient as others that I have visited. Their workflow seems flawed...the person heating up food has to take time to grab pastries. Seems like that person should focus on hot food since it takes the most time.

Mobile ordering here, and walking 1 mile round trip from Hilton Hawaiian Village, was faster than waiting in line at the on-site Starbucks (45 - 60 minutes wait), which disabled mobile orders.Thanks for having mobile orders enabled, and the prompt service. My order was ready to go when I arrived.
