Located in the Ala Moana Center by 2nd floor Target, where Pink Box and Tiger Sugar are. I was recommended to try their acai bowls because this place seems to be the top on a lot of peoples list, and let me tell know, they were not wrong. Their acai is so smooth, fruits fresh, and something about their granola just tops it off. I understand why people come here for their acai bowls. The atmosphere is calm, lots of seating, and the time we went (1:00 pm on a Saturday) it was not busy. Great place to wind down after shopping. I also tried their matcha tea with strawberry cold foam. Nothing too outstanding but nevertheless still refreshing.

We shared an acai bowl. It had honey drizzled on top with a strawberry and 2 bananas sliced, granola bits. Very tasty! The lady at the counter was nice and our bowl was made within 3 minutes of ordering. Wasn't too busy inside (2 other people). The acai bowl was on the pricier side: $16 and portions were small.I used to come to this location before they changed owners during my college years over a decade ago, really nostalgic!

I went in for an açaí bowl. After standing at the counter for several minutes while waiting for the cashier’s to finish their conversation as if I was invisible, I decided to let them both know that their customer service was rude and that I no longer wished to place my order which didn't seem to faze them one bit.Worst service ever!

Food: This place has been around since I was in elementary school the locations moved in the mall but the acai is still as good as I remember it. No nonsense over toppings just a classic perfectly blended acai bowl. Price: So the price is definitely significantly higher over the years and that's my only knock on it. I also feel like the portions have gotten smaller over the years. I'm okay with paying more but please don't downsize my portions as well T-T Service: You order at the counter Friendly service no issues here at all.

Good Acai, but waiting 25 minutes when we were the only people in the cafe as we walked in is pretty ridiculous. For this reason I wouldn’t go back. Also no atmosphere, no music, so waiting around isn’t the best

Only tried the espresso but it’s actually pretty good. Not the muddled generic coffee you get at many places. Has a slight point of view. Staff are super friendly and cute assortment of local

Honey açai bowl was AMAZING, super friendly service when being cashed out and being seated. By far my favorite shop in Hawaii I got to go to while being on the island!!!

Ordered the Jasmine in a small and I liked how the jasmine peaked through subtly in the flavors of the açaí. A very unique and delicious twist on a classic. But the amount they gave me compared to the size of the cup and other places felt too little. The honey over sweetened the entire bowl because there wasn't enough açaí and the lack of açaí didn't justify the $15 I spent on the bowl. It was pretty disappointing for me but I do think it's worth trying especially the Jasmine (I heard the one with lime is good too) since there's no other place that makes these flavors.

Look, I truly dislike leaving negative reviews. But I feel almost obligated to let people know this is what you get when you order a full size Tuna Melt. It's basically a large grilled cheese sandwich with a mayo and tuna drizzle. Now, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty surethis is not some Boujee-line-caught-under-the-light-of-a-full moon-in-August-imported-from-France canned tuna of the Gods. In fact I'd bet it's from the 12 pack that Coscto sells in Iwilei. I realize times are hard and it's extremely difficult to stay afloat owning a business these days in Hawaii. But at least dress the poor girl up and add a small salad or maybe like, a potato chip or two on the side! My wallet hurts. And so does my stomach because I'm STILL HUNGRY. Staff was sort of nice, though. So, two stars because it's Christmas. Ho,ho, HOOOO this place is overpriced!!!

I used to come here pre covid and I LOVED it. It was my favorite place to get an açaí bowl. It was a little pricey, even back then, but it used to be worth it. They seemed to have a lot more topping options as well. I recently came back and the sizes, topping selection, and overall quality have decreased while the prices have been jacked up. Overall, very disappointed :(

We waited almost 25 minutes for a double espresso and a large mocha. They said the large was 16 oz but we got it in a twelve ounce cup. Also my double espresso was actually a single. Peak gaslighting when I asked about my order and why it had taken so long. There were also five people working at the time. Not sure why it took so long and our orders got sooo wring. Needless to say we are not ever coming here again.

This place used to be my favorite place for açai bowls but I think the owners changed. Came here for an açai bowl and they only give you one spoon per açai bowl and will charge you 35 cents for an additional spoon.. even if you tip. You should save your tip and use it for the additional spoon you want lol.

3.5 stars but not feel like rounding it up. I saw influencers posted their acai bowl on Instagram (again, can't trust influencers... but good to follow them for new places that will be happen since they will be invited prior to opening) also want to try their Jasmine Acai Bowl, since you don't get this at other place. On the menu, it said it blend with jasmine tea (although I don't really taste the jasmine flavor) the acai itself is not too sweet. There are strawberry, banana, blueberry and granola as topping. $15.95 for a large which can be a regular at some other places. It was good but not a wowowow factor that makes me crave their acai bowl. Also tried their lavender matcha latte (matcha, oat milk plus lavender cream foam). I can taste the matcha and lavender flavor in the foam. BUT $8.75 for latte is expensive than other places and too much ice inside. I think half of the cup is fill with ice. For this price point, I don't think I am coming back, but good to explore. Inside has free wifi and tables to sit down. Very spacious and clean.

The Acai bowl is amazing and the staff is always very kind. Everything is made fresh right there, they cut the fruit when you order so everything is kept nice and fresh.
