finally visited Breadshop after hearing so many people rave about it, and truly exceeded all of my expectations! for our first time, we ordered the Brioche, Mango Cheesecake Brioche Tart, and Taegu Spinach Manchego Croissant. Everything tasted truly divine and the flavour profiles were also very unique and harmonious. Taeggu spinach manchego croissant - 5 stars
I'm not usually a croissant person, and this was on the greasy side, but the filling blew me away. Sweet, savoury and umami in perfect balance.

Mushroom danish - 5 stars
Great filling, drier than the croissant. I prefer the drier texture as I don't usually like the feeling...

Great! COVID careful walk-up counter, smooth online ordering, the highest level bespoke pastries breads and various clever fun local inspired creations. So grateful CS, another pun Alum, brought back the richness of his experience and travels to benefit those lucky enough to be living in Hawaii nei.
