Buffalo Wild Wings

Love this place. The restaurant is newer and clean. Large TVs to watch multiple games. Lots of specials going on during the week too. Service can be a bit slow if sitting in the bar area but that's to be expected since they are making drinks as well. Excellent food and choices of sauces. Pretty extensive beer selection and full bar.

Soon as we got in, the rotten beer smell struck us like a flip flop slap.

But our server was fantastic. Service was on time, and on point throughout, food was, you know, BWW standard.

We had a good game night and think will be back. Forgot our server’s name but she was amazing!

First time visiting. Very slow service. Part of my parties meals (2) came out but 40 min later the other 3 still hadn’t been served. Didn’t wait around for the other 3 meals. Manager did comp the 2 meals we did receive.

The service is the worst thing thing about this place. It’s disorganised, tables are messy, staff seem overwhelmed and wait time for food is long. We had dinner at 7 and took about an hour for 6 people to get their food. Refills won’t happen unless you flag someone down.
The staff are courteous but just can’t handle all the customers.

Ordered chips and salsa as a side with my delivery. The didn’t include the salsa and the chips had absolutely no salt or seasoning, no flavor at all. Super dissatisfied. And no option to receive my sals, just a $3 credit for $10 worth of food. Terrible service, rip off of an establishment.

Good food, okay service. FYI I don’t think they have a lost and found, and the servers will probably steal your stuff if you accidentally leave it behind. So don’t forget anything when you leave ! <3

Dissapointing and bland.
Stood at pick up area for a good 5 min not a single employee acknowledged me or the other people waiting.
I was given the wrong items. I was given boneless wings instead of the regular wings I ordered a $4 difference in their favor.

Great customer service

From the moment we walked through the door, it was a pleasant experience ! Were we’re seated quickly and the atmosphere was chill.

Our server cookie really made the experience a whole ton better! Her energy, vibe and over all spirit is one that’s unforgettable. She didn’t skip a beat and answered every question and provided us with the best service with a smile. We’ll be back for sure !
